What’s the difference between Tier A, B, and C?
We grade demo units by cosmetic condition and refurbishment needs:
- Tier A: $4,500 (best cosmetic condition, lightest wear)
- Tier B: $3,500 (visible cosmetic wear, fully functional)
- Tier C: $3,000 (heavier cosmetic wear, fully functional after refurbishment)
All tiers are delivered operational and ready to ride.

Pre-orders are for delivery on or before September 2026. We will provide a shipping window once your unit is allocated and scheduled.

Yes. The $300 deposit is refundable until 10 days before shipping.
When do I pay the remaining balance?
When do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance is due before shipment, once your unit is scheduled and you receive your final invoice.

You can request cancellation at any time, but within 10 days of shipping the deposit becomes non-refundable because the unit is allocated, prepared, and logistics are locked.

NO. All demo units come with brand-new batteries.

Battery warranty: 1 season, starting from delivery date (new batteries).
Vehicle warranty: Demo units do not include a standard full-vehicle warranty by default.
Can I buy a warranty for the vehicle?
Can I buy a warranty for the vehicle?
Yes. You can add a 1-year extended warranty for $500 per unit at checkout (or on your invoice before shipping).
This covers the vehicle system for one year from delivery date, excluding normal wear items, misuse, accidents, and unauthorized modifications.

ENVO provides access to spare parts for demo units through our parts network. Parts availability is subject to stock and lead times. We will support you with correct part identification and ordering.
Can I choose the exact unit I receive?
Can I choose the exact unit I receive?
You can choose your tier (A/B/C). Exact unit allocation (specific cosmetic marks) depends on inventory and order sequence. If you have preferences (for example “best cosmetic in Tier B”), we’ll try based on availability.
